How MakeFilms works
From idea to film
- Open Video and describe your story, or choose a preset.
- Review the plan, characters, and shots in Workspace.
- Choose an available model and review the credit quote before approving generation.
- Review your clips, refine the timeline, and export when ready.
Where do I continue my film?
Open Projects and choose Continue Film. If Studio cannot load, use Retry studio. Keep the project URL so you return to the same film.
How do plans and checkout work?
Pricing shows the current plans and purchase options. Review the checkout details before confirming a purchase. Signed-in customers can manage billing in Settings.
When are credits charged?
Review the server quote before approving generation. Credits are reserved on approval and settled when results arrive. Check Credit activity for your transactions.
Why is an image model unavailable?
Availability can change. Use Retry availability in Image Creator. Your prompt stays in the page. You can also browse existing assets or attach your own reference image. An unavailable model cannot generate a new image.
How do I use a preset?
Choose a story in Film presets. Make your own version carries the selected prompt into Studio for editing. Nothing is generated until you approve.
How can I report a problem?
Keep the page URL and any visible error message. Include your project name and what you clicked when reporting the issue to the MakeFilms team. Never include passwords or API keys.
