Doesn't suprise me, there were about 5 that popped up on just one street alone. Only jack shacks that I know of there. Greed is a terrible thing when it comes to mongering. No common sense!

I think it has alot to do with licensing and taxes, I was talking to a gal in OC and she said a bunch are popping up in Lake Forest because of the low restrictions to get a permit??? Something like that.

Too bad for the gals, probably on a slow boat back to China as we speak. :(
