Do providers read MPR (was How Often Do You Hold Back...")

I'm totally surprised by the posts on the "How Often Do You Hold Back" thread. Why would anyone take the time to post a misleading review? Bummer. From now on, I'll have to review the reviewers as well as the providers: I hope that the new look will make this easy. FWIW, we now know the IDs of several reviewers who are not to be believed. But my real question is on a related topic....do providers read MPR? Today I posted a totally accurate review, but now I wonder whether I should temper my future reviews, just in case the providers themselves are reading them. Thoughts?
