Why do reviews 'disappear'?

When the moderator removes old reviews such as those of Cherry recently and those from certain MPs such as TC New Step in Irvine and Tiffany (AKA Sarah) in Hollywood, why were they removed? Is it standard operating procedure to remove reviews of providers / MPs that are gone or closed or have these been removed due to LE request or MP request or provider request?

This is addressed at the moderator but anyone else who has the answer can reply also.
